- Pre-heat oven to 350F.
- In a large mixing bowl mix all the wet ingredients except the zucchini (bananas, egg, yogurt, and oil).
- Make a hole in the middle and add in all the dry ingredients except chocolate chips.
- Mix until well combined be sure not to over mix as this makes the muffins tough.
- Once mixed fold in zucchini and chocolate chips.
- Pour into lined muffin cups and bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes clean.
